Training and Services

Training takes place in your own home and at times to suit you. After an initial assessment I design a programme to achieve your desired goals. These can be general fitness, weight loss, body toning, anti-aging etc; what you want to achieve of course will be regularly reviewed and be integrated into your programme.

A written document is then prepared laying out the various exercises which can be done with myself, or in your own time. Training can take place up to three times per week but it is generally recommended to train with myself once or twice a week and then to complete your programme with one further session on your own.

We can also discuss lifestyle and nutrition and work out some changes so that you can achieve a well balanced approach to your fitness.
